How does HOME-CONTACTs work? For a low, one-time fee, HOME-CONTACTS.com provides each subscriber with a decal that provides information about their contacts in case of emergency.

The subscriber can log into the HOME-CONTACTS site at any time and update/change their information and their contacts information. This is basic phonebook type data, a sort of digital emergency contacts list.

If a home is damaged or if rescue crews need to gain entry, the rescuers can contact the emergency HOME-CONTACTS service, through the website address listed on the decal and access emergency contact information. Our emergency website is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

What personal information is stored? Basically, public phonebook information. You choose how much information you want to provide. We recommend that you provide as much contact information as possible so that the service can be as valuable as possible.

Who can access my emergency contacts information? Only those with your full address can access your information from our emergency lookup site.

Why is the site so bland? The site is optimized for use on mobile devices and should work properly on all web-enabled cell phones, as well as on all standard computer web browsers.

What if I lose or destroy my decal? Contact us at support@jigils.com and we will arrange for a new decal to be sent to you. A replacement costs $5. You can download a temporary PDF version here.
